We Honor Dan & Dotty Everling

On May 14th, our church was honored to recognize Dan and Dotty Everling with a plaque commemorating the 13 years they dedicated to creating and operating the food pantry.  One plaque hangs in their home, while the other is proudly displayed at the United North Brevard Food Pantry.

The foundation Dan and Dotty built through their faithful service helped make the food pantry what it is today.  Their dedication kept the pantry operating through holidays and challenging times, ensuring that those in need continued to receive support.  Through their efforts and God’s guidance, the ministry grew into the strong partnership with North Brevard Charities that serves our community today.

By consistently putting God’s love and the needs of others before themselves, Dan and Dotty left a lasting legacy of service.  We are deeply grateful for their commitment and the many lives they have touched.

The plaque reads:  “For their unwavering commitment, compassionate service, and faithful stewardship, we offer our heartfelt thanks to Dan and Dotty.  Their legacy continues to bless countless lives throughout our community.  We thank them for the countless hours, the faithful hearts, and the loving hands given in service to God and to the community through the First United Methodist Church food pantry.”
