
The First United Methodist Church of Titusville observed the First Sunday in Lent on February 22, 2026, featuring a message titled “Renewed in Mercy” delivered by Senior Pastor Wayne Cook. The service included music from the Chancel Choir and Broadstreet, with scripture readings from Psalm 32, Romans 5:12-19, and Matthew 4:1-11. During the service, a special candle was lit on the altar in memory of William “W.O.” Brown.
The church’s upcoming calendar is filled with community support and spiritual growth opportunities, including a Food Pantry operating most Tuesdays and Fridays and a Community Breakfast held every Saturday at 8:00 a.m..
